Size Newborn – 5T plain 1-3 color Tutus with Elastic waist band are $14
Ribbon tie waist $16 Ribbon tie tutus are fuller and use lots more tulle. See differences below.
Can make sizes 6 and above for an additional $2 charge.
Can add additional colors, flowers, ribbons throughout or other embellishments for an additional cost. (can discuss specifics via email)
